Last night’s dinner!
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp: Salt the shrimp, then wrap with a half slice of bacon and pin with a toothpick.
Pasta: Boil pasta then set aside.
Sauce: Start with a basic bechamel sauce, cooking several cloves of crushed and chopped garlic in the flour and butter paste. Then add a tablespoon of capers. Set stove to low and then stir with half and half until the sauce thickens. Don’t let the sauce boil. Add some green peas. Stir.
Veggies: For my dinner, I cooked some asparagus.
